Lincoln Built specializes in custom on-site construction. While we strive for “Honestly Good” builds, the following apply:

Estimates: Pricing published on our website or provided over the phone is a rough estimate. Final contracts are subject to on-site consultations and material availability.
Permits & HOAs: While we assist with the permit and HOA process as a service to our customers, the homeowner remains ultimately responsible for ensuring all local zoning and community regulations are met.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the “Lincoln Built” name, “Honestly Good Builds” tagline, logos, and project photography, is the property of Lincoln Built LLC and protected by copyright laws. You may print individual pages for personal, non-commercial use regarding your project.

5. Limitation of Liability

Lincoln Built LLC provides construction services with a focus on quality and durability (using 2×6 floor joists and Tuffblock systems). However, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or delays in construction due to weather or supply chain issues.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in this jurisdiction.
