Step 1: Request a Quote
Fill out our online form and tell us about your shed project, including size and customizations. Don’t know all the details – that’s fine; we can adjust the proposal up to the day of your build.
Step 2: Sign Your Proposal & Pay the Deposit
You’ll receive a detailed proposal outlining your project scope, materials, and pricing. Once your contract is signed and a deposit is received, your project is officially scheduled.
Step 3: Permits & HOA Approvals
Live in an HOA or need help with your shed permit? We can take care of that for an additional fee. If you want to handle your shed permit or HOA approvals, we’ll provide all the necessary documentation, including construction drawings and certificates of insurance, to ensure a smooth filing process.
Step 4: Build Your Shed
On your scheduled build day, we’ll arrive and start the build. Most shed projects take 1-2 days to complete. Your final payament is due upon completion.

Lincoln Built is a small, family-owned business. Lincoln Built was named after Jonny and Jodie Gelnett’s son, Jonathan Lincoln. Located in Camp Hill, PA we are in a prime location to service most of Central Pennsylvania. We strive to provide high-quality materials that will last and a great customer experience from beginning to end.
Jonny started the business after finding out about having his son. He wanted to provide for his growing family and felt like the best way to do it was to take a risk and build something he could be proud of, and that his son could be proud of. After going to Peru to rebuild a family home, Jonny decided that construction was the right move.

Set up your 30 minute phone consultation with us to find out if we are good fit for your project. We'll go over the details and even give you rough pricing over the phone.

Some clients want to meet face-to-face to discuss their project and look over the space together. We get that! We offer an in-person consultation for a small fee.

We'll send you a customized proposal & contract to confirm your project details. Signing the contract and paying the deposit will guarantee your spot in our schedule.

For our sunroom and deck projects we will start with a design phase, while we apply for the appropriate permits. Live in an HOA? We can help. Building a shed? You're we can file your permit for an additional fee.

Depending on the scope of your work we will need to start with site prep, demolition of an old deck and getting the job-site ready for the build.

Once the appropriate permits are approved we'll start building. We plan to communicate with you timeline, details and make sure that you are aware of progress and milestones.

Depending on your project we will have township inspections throughout the project phases. We'll also have you take a look at things once we're near completion to make sure your satisfied.

Final Shed payments are due at the end of the project completion, if your project is larger we will have an agreed upon payment schedule and the final amount will be due upon completion and client signed off.
