The Goal?
Our client was looking to modernize their living and dining room to complement the rest of their home. The goal? Increase the overall value of the home and create an aesthetically pleasing living and dining room that flows better with the rest of their home.
The Process
Lincoln built helped by doing the following:
Living Room
- Repaint the living room with a vibrant color that accents the rest of the home
- We’ll repaint the ceiling
- We’ll remove the carpet to reveal beautiful hardwood floors
- We’ll sand down and refinish the floors to make them pop
Dining Room
- We’ll remove the existing wallpaper and trim
- We’ll repaint the dining room with a fresh new look
- We’ll repaint the ceiling
- We’ll remove the carpet to expose the hardwood floors
- We’ll sand down and refinish the hardwood
