You’ll choose a finishing level that fits the overall style and function of your home ranging from basic finishes like flooring and walls to detailed upgrades such as lighting, plumbing, and custom design features.
A basic finish could include warm carpeted flooring, newly painted walls, a closed-in mechanical room, recessed lighting, and an open space to furnish as a playroom, gym, or family room. Make your space mult-functional by keeping it simple.
A mid-tier finish could include carpeted or luxury vinyl plank flooring, walls/separate rooms, a bathroom, a kitchenette, a wet bar area, recessed lighting, and custom cabinetry in a kitchen area. Your basement can become a second home for guests or a great entertainment space to enjoy with others.
A luxury finish could include all the above with high luxury finishings, multiple add-ons, and additional custom builds like a wine cellar, home theater center, or something else you dream of. Whatever you need your space to be we can create to complete that dream home.

You’ve booked your project, you’ve paid your deposit and you’re locked into the schedule. What happens when your start date rolls around? What’s our process like and what should you expect on the first day
You’re ready to get started on your next Outdoor living project. What should you expect from us? We follow an eight-step process to ensure great communication and excellent customer service.

Set up your 30 minute phone consultation with us to find out if we are good fit for your project. We'll go over the details and even give you rough pricing over the phone.

Some clients want to meet face-to-face to discuss their project and look over the space together. We get that! We offer an in-person consultation for a small fee.

We'll send you a customized proposal & contract to confirm your project details. Signing the contract and paying the deposit will guarantee your spot in our schedule.

For our sunroom and deck projects we will start with a design phase, while we apply for the appropriate permits. Live in an HOA? We can help. Building a shed? You're we can file your permit for an additional fee.

Depending on the scope of your work we will need to start with site prep, demolition of an old deck and getting the job-site ready for the build.

Once the appropriate permits are approved we'll start building. We plan to communicate with you timeline, details and make sure that you are aware of progress and milestones.

Depending on your project we will have township inspections throughout the project phases. We'll also have you take a look at things once we're near completion to make sure your satisfied.

Final Shed payments are due at the end of the project completion, if your project is larger we will have an agreed upon payment schedule and the final amount will be due upon completion and client signed off.
