Tuffblock foundation system allows us to level the shed on uneven ground. Each Tuffblock supports 1700lbs and an average 8 x 12 shed weights about 2000lbs. We use a minimum of 8 Tuffblocks per 8 x 12 shed so you can load it up without worry.
We use a 2×6 floor joist in all our sheds. Most other shed companies use 2×4’s. We use the best floors available. 3/4″ squeak free Advantech subfloor.
The first thing that deteriorates on a Shed is the trim boards. We eliminate that by only using PVC trim boards. The Trim never needs paint and they will never rot.
Ridge Vents provide better ventilation than gable vents as they are the highest point of the shed and run the entire length.
Our sheds have a 4″ overhang around the roofline to help keep the shed dry in bad weather.
